Every Brilliant Thing

This wonderful production charts the lengths we’ll go to for those we love. With his mother in hospital and a somewhat unhelpful father, a young boy constructs a list of little “brilliant” things to comfort her. Things like ice-cream and Kung Fu movies, to Christopher Walken's voice and laughing so hard you shoot milk through your nose.

What begins as a simple and naive way of dealing with tragedy becomes a life-long reminder that joy can be found in the seemingly insignificant. In fact, the unremarkable can become something quite remarkable.
