Nick Saul

Nick Saul, recipient of the Jane Jacobs Award, and honorary Doctor of Laws from Ryerson University, amongst others, is a Canadian food and social justice activist. Co-founder and President and CEO of Community Food Centres Canada, he revitalized The Stop Community Food Centre in Toronto into a community hub where food access, food skills, and education and engagement intersect. Recognizing that good food is a powerful force for greater health, equity and social change, Nick inspires cities and towns across the country to create similar, vibrant models of positive social change.
