Tales of An Urban Indian
By Darrell Dennis
Directed by Herbie Barnes
Tales of an Urban Indian is the story of Simon Douglas, a contemporary Indigenous man, who grows up on both the reserve and in Vancouver. This show conjures up many characters that appear in Simon's life, all played by one actor on a moving city bus. TIFT's production of Tales of An Urban Indian has been touring internationally since it premiered in 2009, and has played over 700 performances.

The Windsor Theatre Project (headed by Windsorite Noah Beemer) is focused on expanding the arts landscape within the Windsor community. With two exciting, immersive shows taking place respectively in a local house and on a moving bus, it is guaranteed to be a theatre going experience unlike any Windsor has seen before.
